Lindsay Luper

When clients call KFG, the first voice they hear will probably be Lindsay’s. In addition to the office accounting, she does all of the administrative work: answering the phone, mailings and filing, sending the e-newsletter, and serving the clients in many areas. When Lindsay started at KFG, she had three years of experience in accounting, computer applications, and office management. She has since learned even more about technology, becoming skilled at keeping KFG websites up to date and working with the online systems for client education and communication. A major project for her has been helping the firm move toward a paperless operation.

Lindsay was born and raised in the Black Hills area.  She graduated from National American University in May 2007 with a B.S. in accounting. She lives in Hermosa with her husband, Dustin, who is an equine instructor and rodeo coach at Chadron State College in Nebraska, a horse trainer, and a bareback bronc rider on the professional rodeo circuit. They enjoy spending time together with their families, riding their horses, and traveling.  They also are excited new parents to their litle boy, Holden, who was born April 2009.

Lindsay says, “What I enjoy most about working at KFG is the variety of tasks. I have grown in many ways working here. It's the type of job that has allowed me to be myself, but also learn many new things in a non-threatening environment.  It is different from some of the other jobs I’ve had, in that I get more interaction with people rather than just working with numbers and pushing paper. I also feel that I am highly regarded and that my opinion really does matter.”
